Yes thats the plan. Next release 0.11 should happen in the next three weeks.

I already talked with him and Sebastian Reichel about this but I wanted
to make the discussion public on the right mailinglist to involve all
interested people.

Good to know. FSO is already quite huge and I don't know what the state
of the libnl3 migration. I know there was some trouble with getting
modem forwarding working on the N900 device. I will ask the responsible
developer and hopefully we can include the switch with the 0.11 release
in time to get rid of libnl3 for wheezy.
