[pkg-fso-maint] Packaging release versions of FSO components

I've just saw that you also did the libnl3 switch for your 0.11 release in 
your upstream git. Do you have some sort of estimate when this 0.11 will be 
ready?

As libnl2 won't be part of wheezy [1], a decision is necessary if and what 
parts of pkg-fso should be part of wheezy - as the end of june seems to be the 
time for the wheezy-freeze according to the release team.
