[pkg-fso-maint] Status of packaging work for the 0.11 release

Hello everybody,

just a short status update about what is already done and where some
work is needed.

Updated components already in unstable:

1. libfsobasics
2. fso-specs
3. libfso-glib
4. libfsotransport
5. libfsoframework
6. libfsoresource
7. libgsm0710mux
8. fso-usaged
9. fso-datad

Updateed components waiting for review + upload:

1. fso-gsmd
2. mdbus

Components without any update work:

1. fso-deviced (we need to add support for the GTA04 here)
