[pkg-fso-maint] Request for review

Hi guys,

after I got into the group and thus got commit access very easily
(thanks for that!), I've pushed the first part of my work. Those are the
latest released versions of some base components needed for FSO-0.12.0.

It contains updated packages for:
 * vala-dbus-binding-tool (0.4.0-1)
 * fso-specs (2012.07.27.2-1)
 * libfso-glib (2012.07.27.2-1)

Could someone of you please review my work and give feedback if I should
change anything? If everything is OK, I'd like to do a git-buildpackage
--git-tag and learn how to upload a package to the Debian servers.
