The pkg-fso group is quite small. I guess I'm the only one uploading
packages from this group since quite some time. For me it's the same
as for Steffen - I do not have the time to sponsor this package.
There are still other packages (directly related to pkg-fso) on my
to-be-reviewed-queue.

Sorry that I couldn't help you out more. I hope you will find a
sponsor in debian-java.
