[pkg-fso-maint] Bug#540039: 540361/540039: bugs from uboot-envtools?

As far as I can tell the tools in u-boot-tools don't have the required
functionality. It might be that they do but just aren't documented well
enough. I'm unable to coax them to dump, create or modify the attached
u-boot_env partition from my OpenMoko GTA02 so that I can re-upload the
file using the NOR u-boot and dfu-util.
