[pkg-fso-maint] phonefsod + desktop computer = constant screen blanking

Recently, I stumbled upon a strange bug (well, 2, if you want to split 
hairs).

1) SERIOUS - phonefsod & xorg = unexplainable screen blanking
With phonefsod daemon running, the GDM3-backed, regular X server keeps 
blanking the screen roughly every minute, using a strange method which 
does not respond, or understand, normal screen-saving mechanics.

2) MINOR - phoneui & related packages : bad description. SHR doesn't 
tell anything (ASM for Right bitshift ?). The phone part of the 
packages' name misleads. Having a desktop computer, I tried to talk to 
my mobile phone ...
