I don't know that, sorry. My best guess would be that you want to send a 
command to the gnome-keyring daemon over DBus. The ChangeLock method 
looks relevant, for example.

This is sounding less and less like a nodm bug report, though. Perhaps 
it might be best to move this conversation to the debian-user list.
