I'm not talking about this, but about this:
+    - Drop libsqlite0-dev dependency.
+    - Drop gambas3-gb-db-sqlite2.

-Description: Gambas sqlite2 driver database

- This package allows you to access to sqlite 2 databases (not for sqlite 3,

is this package still needed, if yes, why ubuntu dropped it?

Just curious, maybe the reason is that libsqlite0-dev is not in main?
