Hi,

currently [1], gambas3 fails to build on hurd-i386.

The issue is that, due to the platform, neither the inotify component
nor the v4l are built, causing dh_install to not find any of the files
for them.

The solution is to limit the architecture for gambas3-gb-inotify and
gambas3-gb-v4l, excluding hurd from them. Patch attached for this.
