[Pkg-gambas-devel] Bug#850525: gambas3: libmodplug-dev appears to be unused

Dear Maintainer,

As far as I can tell, modplug isn't used in gambas3 (and none of the
binary packages depend on libmodplug1). If that is intentional, could
you remove libmodplug-dev from gambas3's build-dependencies?
