Please don't do that. This upload fixes some rc bug (since the previous
one wasn't uploaded at all). If you introduce a new package, the whole
thing will have to go through the NEW queue, which - even if processed
quite fast these days - will delay it, instead of making it proceed to
etch ASAP.
Looking at [1] tells us even, that we should make RC bug fixing uploads
with an urgency of medium.
So could we please wait with the new -dbg package for one package
revision, and introduce it after the rc fixing upload has proceeded
to etch?
