etqw*.6: document QUAKE4_BACKTRACE, QUAKE4_DEBUGGER
The actual etqw.in script uses those variables, and keeping them
instead of applying s/QUAKE4/ETQW/ will make it easier to generate
both idTech4 scripts from the same source.
