    debian: Add TODO file for packaging
    
    Add a file which lists some to-do items for the v1.1 release, according
    to a brief run-through of the current state of the Debian packaging.
    
    This list of items, is probably incomplete, yet a reasonable start.
    
    Some of these items may be nice, but not necessary, for debian/1.1-1.

+* Update description (name, no longer limited subset of art, more campaigns).
+
+* Move from contrib/non-free to main (data assets relicensed by Wolfire).
+
+* Check and update standards-version.
+
+* Check and sync debian/copyright with new release (CONTENT-LICENSE.txt).
+
+* Replace (/sync?) man page with upstream Dist/lugaru.6
+
+* Check and likely clean up install structure (removing symlinks..).
+
+* Check, drop/refresh debian/patches/*.
+
+* Probably drop debian/scripts helper and run binary directly.

+* Update watch file

+* See if pristine-tar is convenient and/or wanted for new structure,
