Use upstream manpage
A quick review of the manpage yeilded the conclusion that there is
nothing really worth syncing over to upstream from the former Debian
manpage.
The former one did document key combos for fullscreen and mouse
grabbing, but that is arguably something that might not fit in a manpage
anyway.
