Please sync ogre 1.6.4.dfsg1-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes had been taken from debian. the packages are now in sync

>From the ubuntu changelog:
  * debian/patches/pthread_extern_c.patch: Fixes build failure on armel, sparc,
    ia64 and powerpc architectures. Fixed in debian version 1.6.1.dfsg1-2.
    (closes LP: #460865) 

  * debian/blender-ogrexml.install: Move files in blender-ogrexml package 
    to /usr/share/blender/scripts. Fixed in debian 1.6.3.dfsg1-1 
    (closes LP: #237584)

ogre (1.6.1.dfsg1-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add Conflicts for libogremain-1.4.9 to libogremain-1.6.1.
