Do you have a screensaver running that might hook in? Can you try
disabling your screensaver and see wether this still happens after you
did so?

Status in “nexuiz” source package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
Nexuiz leaves full screen playing and the mouse associates itself with the desktop (looses all control while in the game.)

To start playing again I need to minimize the screen and them maximize it.
