Thanks Gerfried. If the new version isn't automatically synced from
Debian in the next few days, I will file a sync request to get all the
changes in for Ubuntu Karmic.

** Package changed: nexuiz (Ubuntu) => nexuiz-data (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: nexuiz-data (Ubuntu)
       Status: Confirmed => Triaged

Status in “nexuiz-data” source package in Debian: Fix Released

Bug description:
Binary package hint: nexuiz

Description:	Ubuntu 8.04.1
Release:	8.04

nexuiz:
  Installed: 2.4-1
  Candidate: 2.4-1
  Version table:
 *** 2.4-1 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com hardy/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

When you start Nexuiz (freshly installed via Ubuntu repositories in this case), it seems to check for an update and continues to nag the user with a yellow rectangle which says something like "Upgrade to Nexuiz 2.4.2 now!". While this probably is a good thing for online gaming compatibility etc., it should probably be disabled like in Firefox or Warsow.
