[Pkg-games-ubuntu] [Bug 392888] [NEW] Supertuxkart needs to be recompiled against libplib-dev

Binary package hint: supertuxkart

Currently, Supertuxkart is compiled against a version-specific package
of Plib.  On Karmic, this prevents the installation of any package
requiring the non-version-specific package, libplib1.  Therefore, this
dependency should be changed on Karmic.
