"file:$(SciteDefaultHome)/../doc/sdlBasic/english/index.html"

actual path is
file:/usr/share/doc/sdlbasic/english/index.html
the $(SciteDefaultHome) is set to "/etc/sdlbasic" and sdlBasic is wrong case.


fix command is

sudo sed -i -e
's!$(SciteDefaultHome)/../doc/sdlBasic!/usr/share/doc/sdlbasic!'
/etc/sdlbasic/Global.properties
