Please sync kobodeluxe 0.5.1-5 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  * Add 05_const-char.patch to fix FTBFS due to invalid pointer
    conversion (LP: #461373).

In Debian now.

kobodeluxe (0.5.1-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * add patch by Iain Lane to fix compilation error with GCC-4.4
    Closes: #552548; thanks to Ilya Barygin
