I've got two settings;
Soundset	[stdsounds]
Sound Plugin	[none]

Do you have the sound plugin option?

You received this bug notification because you are a member of
Debian/Ubuntu Games Team, which is subscribed to freeciv in ubuntu.

Status in “freeciv” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete

Bug description:
Binary package hint: freeciv-client-gtk

I'm using vanilla freeciv-client-gtk from the standard repositories. It is version 2.1.9-1 that is available from the repositories. I loaded it using synaptic.

On the research tab it is not possible to click the images to select "research" or "goal". Normally clicking unacquired technologies selects them to be researched.

When quitting the game, and the "Are you sure that you want to quit?" box pops up, neither "No" nor "Yes" does anything. Normally "No" cancels the pop up and, "Yes" confirms the exit of the game.

Most of the clickable objects are, in fact, clickable. These two are the only exceptions that I've noticed.

I had built and installed 2.1.9 with Jaunty, and neither of these problems were present. I don't know if this comes from some misbehaving library or if there is a build issue with freeciv, but I haven't seen seen similar issues with any other application.
