In your patch:
 - why do you change g++-4.5 | c++abi2-dev to c++abi2-dev and why do you change the uploaders field?
 - where are the changes these you're mentioning: "Migrated packaging to dh7", "Modified debian dependencies for Maverick"?
 - why do you add an additional line to debian/rules?

Status in “goplay” package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
Binary package hint: goplay

This cannot be a sync not because of patches but because some of the Debian dependencies had to be changed and rationalized for Maverick.  I will attach debdiff's shortly.
