Thanks, now it works!

I removed PA completely mainly due to 2 facts:
1) PulseAudio ALSA emulation is far from perfect, applications written to use ALSA don't work properly with PulseAudio
2) There are still many apps not written to use PulseAudio backend, most notable include Flash and Wine.

I've heard there is some winepulse effort, but I don't see much hope in
porting Flash to use PA...

I changed the default PulseAudio backend in Lucid to ALSA. Wine works, most games (like Supertux2) works; however, in OpenArena I have no sound.
