Status in “warzone2100” package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
Binary package hint: warzone2100

Similar to Cavedog's Total Annihialtion, the game has an introductory video about the setting of the game. However this merely flashes and disappears. 

1 - This affects the current version in maverick, and affected lucid before I upgraded. 

2 - Currently installed are: warzone2100; warzone2100-dbg; warzone2100-data; warzone2100-music

They are all at versions 2.3.4-1

3 - I expected an introductory video to play

4 - What appeared to be a frame from an introductory video appears and disappears almost instantly, creating a flash effect. The main menu then come back

I have attached a video showing this behaviour, which is unmodified and recorded about 3 minutes before the bug was reported
