This looks like a corrupted archive. Could you please open a terminal and run the following commands:
$ sudo apt-get clean
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade


** Package changed: update-manager (Ubuntu) => neverball (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: neverball (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
