I see that beneath-a-steel-sky 0.0372-4  in Ubuntu Quantal still has a
blank default icon.

In order to forward the patch to Debian please take a look at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/pkgreport.cgi?repeatmerged=no&src=beneath-a-steel-sky. The best way
would probably be to file a new bug report and attach the patch. Since
the Debian Games team is listed as maintainers of this package I believe
that should notify them automatically.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: beneath-a-steel-sky

  There is a blank field for the icon when accessing the game from
  Applications>Games under GNOME. There should be an icon of sorts for
  it. Where would one submit such an icon?
