Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version (>= 12.04),
since Ubuntu Lucid/10.04 Desktop is soon entering end-of-life (EOL)
phase. When you test it and it is still an issue, please file a new bug
on the issue.

Bug description:
  I'm a newbie, this error report generated while trying to remove the
  program. I do not know why this error report generated. Sorry.

  My OS is Lucid Lynx LTS. I have been having some other issues with my
  system like media files changing from .mov to .3gp any thoughts or
  recommendations?

  I really love all the capabilities in Ubuntu and the support team.
