Thanks for reporting.

Indeed the homepage links fails to load.

Since Ubuntu has synced this package from Debian, I tried checking for a
newer version there, or possibly forward the bug report. However, it
looks like the package has been removed from Debian [1], see [2] for
more information on why. :/

  stepbill.app homepage does not work

Bug description:
  To reproduce on vivid install stepbill.app or search for it in
  synaptic or end up running apt-cache show stepbill.app and try to open
  the link to the homepage. The homepage link will not resolve a dns
  name for this homepage.
