Which means the OS you are using is not handling export correctly, and
that Ganeti doesn't report errors during export.

So the actual bug should be "Ganeti doesn't properly report export
failures".  As to why the dump fails, it's a bug of the OS you are
using, not of Ganeti.

I'm changing the severity to normal, as the main bug here is (IMHO) in
the OS export. Failing to detect the export failure is a normal bug, I
think.
