Oops, I was mistaken. 2.3.0 has not been packaged, reopening bug.

No, that will not be done. Backported packages will be available as soon
as testing is reopened, instead of downgrading the build system for the
sid packages.

Feel free to install from your own package. Until testing is reopened
this cannot be done.
