I'm letting this package through because it's currently no worse than what's
in the archive.

However, there *is* and RC issue that needs to be addressed (I'll file a bug
to help track this issue).

The documentation is shipped without rebuilding. It's very easy to do, and
doing this eliminates any chance of license concerns we may run aground of.

Please rebuild the docs. Also consider using dh_sphinxdoc, which will take
care of replacing the js (you missed some other common ones) and building
it.
