[Pkg-ganeti-devel] Bug#783388: ganeti - No verification for master status

ganeti 2.12.0 lacks any verification that it is in master mode.  This
leads to errors from all command line tools, the watcher and other
parts.  This problem is most likely fixed with
b7b036723a65d20054425190e47d4dd82278e0e7

Please fix this in stable in time for 8.1.
