I think that it is a bug in kernel.  Could you please let me know
QEMU version and output of some kernel information of ARM?

$ cat /proc/version
$ cat /proc/cpuinfo

If QEMU emulates cache of ARM system and it is write-back, it is
possible to wake up the bug of my scenario.
