[Pkg-gauche-devel] libgauche0 package

I have uploaded 0.9-12 (and am uploading 0.9-13) to experimental.
This is my try to introduce libgauche0 package.  Please check it out,
if you have time.

New dpkg introduce symbol tracking.  See dpkg-gensymbols(1) for
detail.  With libgauche0 package, I want to track ABI change
of gauche.

When I will see no FTBFS for all architectures, I will upload
to unstable.
