The HTML file which right now is so carelessly installed to someplace.
The idea is to have it viewable in an internal help window (using the Gtk+
HTML widget) or to launch yelp or something similar.

So while the help integration is not available yet, the files should be in the
package for the executable, since games which embed ggz-gtk will likely have
their own help files, and don't show the ggz-gtk main window with its
buttons.

About the package names:
Naming the client package libggz-gtk-bin isn't something I'd like to see, it
should stay ggz-gtk-client, so it is in line with the others.

And shouldn't we somehow add "embed" to the soname (upstream)? But this is a
minor detail.
