Name of the library was changed to libggzdmod++.
It is only used within GGZ for now, but the Freelords game already uses a 
copy. And there is no Debian package for it yet :(

The ggzcore++ library is still named libggzcorepp.so but it is only a static 
library and it will likely be renamed after its cleanup (which will have to 
wait until after 0.0.14).
