[pkg-ggz-maintainers] Alternative server package

I've done some preparation for a ggzd-pgsql package which should be offered as 
a drop-in replacement for ggzd starting from the next release.
Its configuration flags are --with-database=pgsql --enable-dbproc. The last 
switch is new and installs a stored function which is needed for stringprep'd 
user names, i.e. an improved lower(). Ideally such functionality would 
already be provided by PostgreSQL, as it's needed for quite a lot of tasks 
(e.g. domain name canonicalisation).
