I have uploaded a NMU to delayed/3 with these changes:

  * Empty dependency_libs in libtool la file(s).
    http://wiki.debian.org/ReleaseGoals/LAFileRemoval
  * Fix FTBFS with --no-copy-dt-needed-entries. Closes: #554545
