[Pkg-glusterfs-devel] Comments on Debian packaging

Some additional comments concerning the "control" file:

- why the Build-Depends on dpatch?
- glusterfs-examples: remove Depends field
- libglusterfs-dev: change the Depends field to:
Depends: libc6-dev | libc-dev, libglusterfs0 (= ${binary:Version})
