I should really change the email template to give better directions.
After moving the mentors server to another hardware and reinstalling
everything it appeared like the PGP signature checking was very broken.
Perhaps the newer gnupg version was handling things differently. We
started to drop uploads that were legitimate. So we decided to take out
the PGP signature checking and relied on the "Maintainer:" field in the
source control file instead. That must have been your problem because
your email address in debian/control is different than your address on
mentors.debian.net.

I'll see that I can get the email from the PGP signature again as this
appears to cause more trouble than is helps. Sorry for the
inconvenience. The breakdown of mentors.debian.net is really causing me
headaches lately. :(
