the version number "2.0.7_0.0.1" corresponds in fact to our local build,
which is exactly:
   apt-get source glusterfs # 2.0.4-2
   apply our patch from #549854
   untar upstream's 2.0.7
   move 2.0.4-2's debian directory into 2.0.7
   dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot

AIUI, Jan's report applies to vanilla 2.0.4-2 as well. Not that we'd
mind to see #544434 closed :)
