* Drop python-xml dependency.  It's not even build-depended on.
  (Closes: #468591)
* Strip config.guess and config.sub patch from 70_relibtoolize.diff.
* Add 10_manpage_fix.diff to fix a typo in manpage which results in
  unexpected definition.
