Log:
Experimental branch for pygobject 2.90.

The new package/branch pygobject-2 will continue to have the upstream
pygobject-2-28 branch without introspection support, while the pygobject source
will be updated to the 3.0 upstream version with GI only. Both will be
installable in parallel, to avoid regressions.

This will be staged in experimental for the time being, as it's only required
for GNOME 3.2, not 3.0.
