    gnupg Breaks: python-gnupg << 0.3.8-3 (addresses: #834514, #834600)
    
    python-gnupg FTBFS and fails to run with GnuPG 2.1.x, as noted in
    
    0.3.8-3 works around this by forcing the use of gnupg1, sadly.
    Hopefully we can get this fixed and revert to depending on the modern
    version of gnupg so that python users can get the benefits of
    following active development.
