[Pkg-gpe-maintainers] Fix pending for gpe and gpe-confd

The bug in gpe-confd causing a FTBFS has a fix pending.

The typo in the gpe meta package (part of gpe-conf) is also pending.

gpe-login buildd runs are pending builds of gpe-ownerinfo-dev. Other
builds are waiting for the gtk dependency.
