[Pkg-gpe-maintainers] Bug 726782 - Removal of GPE as end of life

There's little point repeating the bug content here, it's just a
courtesy notification to the list which will probably get lost amongst
all the silence on the list.

GPE is End of Life. Game Over, time to move on to something else -
almost inevitably Android.
