[Pkg-gpm-devel] Bug#289049: gpm: I already have a working /etc/gpm.conf, thanks

I had a working /etc/gpm.conf, but I upgraded to this version today
(using sarge) and the system asked me a lot of questions.

This should *not* happen. Policy says: "Packages should try to
minimize the amount of prompting they need to do". I consider the
current gpm package a huge step backwards regarding the above policy.
