A quick lintian checks shows:
O: graphite-web: embedded-javascript-library
usr/share/graphite-web/static/js/jquery.js
O: graphite-web: embedded-javascript-library
usr/share/graphite-web/static/js/scriptaculous/scriptaculous.js
O: graphite-web: embedded-javascript-library
usr/share/graphite-web/static/js/window/prototype.js

Why are they overridden? We should depend on the necessary packages
and use symlinks (look at frederic's patches or mine on collab-maint).

Will take a look deeper soon.
