I would be happy to upload your package, and give you the necessary
permissions to upload subsequent releases.

Some pedantic notes:
- missing "On Debian systems, the complete text of the GPL3 ..." in d/copyright.
- comment DH_VERBOSE=1 in d/rules, which is for packaging development
